TELCOR Executives

Mr. Jim Terrano, President, CEO and co-founder of TELCOR, has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, health care and management.  His primary responsibilities include strategic direction, systems concept, vision and business plan execution.  He has developed commercially successful Hospital Information Systems as well as software products for the clinical laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, business office, finance and anesthesiology departments. 

Ms. Deb Larson, Executive Vice President and co-founder of TELCOR, has more than 30 years of experience in health care and clinical information systems.  Her primary responsibilities include managing the OIS/Revenue Cycle Management product line, client account management, systems design and company accounting.  Throughout her career in providing software applications and services for health care specialties, she has designed, managed and deployed commercially successful systems for clinical laboratories, anatomic pathology departments, blood banks, outreach services and reference laboratory billing organizations.

Ms. Becky Clarke, Executive Vice President and co-founder of TELCOR, has more than 30 years of experience in health care and clinical information systems.  Her primary responsibilities include managing the Point of Care product line and all employee benefits. Throughout her career in health care computing, she has played leading roles in the design and deployment of commercially successful information systems for Point of Care Testing data and interface management, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, medication charting and many state-of-the-art system interfaces, as well as industry leading implementation processes.  Her regulatory affairs involvement includes design of internal processes and procedures for GMP of regulated and non-regulated products.  She has authored articles on Point of Care Connectivity and data and interface management as well as conducted workshops and presentations at the Society for Critical Care Medicine, AACC and CLMA.
