The primary responsibility for this position is to serve as a direct point of contact for customers through the management of incoming calls and to promote a friendly, inviting atmosphere for customers, visitors and co-workers.

- Experience in providing direct customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Clear and pleasant speaking voice
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute helpful and efficient support to customers, colleagues and fellow employees by effectively managing incoming phone calls
- Monitor building access, receive packages and manage visitor log
- Provide administrative support for shipping, mailing, and supply requests
- Fax, file, scan and copy company documents
- Assist co-workers with other various office tasks
WAGE:
- Starting wage is $10 per hour
