The primary responsibility for this position is to serve as a direct point of contact for customers through the management of incoming calls and to promote a friendly, inviting atmosphere for customers, visitors and co-workers.

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent multitasking
  • Experience in providing direct customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute helpful and efficient support to customers, colleagues and fellow employees by effectively managing incoming phone calls
  • Monitor building access, receive packages and manage visitor log
  • Provide administrative support for shipping, mailing, and supply requests
  • Fax, file, scan and copy company documents
  • Assist co-workers with other various office tasks

WAGE:

  • Starting wage is $10 per hour
