TELCOR Outreach Information System^® v11.1.0

Lincoln, Nebraska April 30, 2007 - TELCOR Inc announces the release of version 11.1.0.0 of the Billing Information System. The objective of this release was to significantly enhance Client Billing to ensure the laboratory had the pricing and invoicing tools that give them a significant advantage in the outreach marketplace. The new Client Billing features include:

• Master Client billing - multiple clients can be consolidated to one master client invoice.
• New pricing options - capitated pricing, multi-tier discounting based upon billed amounts or multi-tier special pricing based upon quantity performed.
• New invoice formatting - additional formats, sorts, and fields can be configured per client.
• Client specific alerts to ensure billing personnel are aware of client requests.

Additionally, this version includes:

• Requisition Charge Review Workqueue allowing review of requisitions prior to processing through Rules and Pricing. This review process assists the laboratory with nursing home patients where census information and venipuncture and mileage charges require verification prior to billing.
• Client Price Inquiry - a new function for easy look-up of specific client pricing.
• Client Price Schedule redesigned to allow easy lookup of client contracts ready to expire and allow client price schedules to be exported to Excel^® based upon new contract options.
